The line consists of PU injector,block mold,PU block cutting machine,sandwich panel machine.
The working principle is first to Make PU block with PU injector,then cut it into layers with certain thickness. The last is feeding the panel into sandwich panel for laminating with steel sheet.
The machine line can product different joint type of PU sandwich panel. And this line differ from Continuous line,which seperate the PU foaming and laminating.So the cost is deduced by a lot .
